Terms

These terms cover the free Maths Health Check and our paid small-group GCSE Maths classes. TrackMyMaths is run by Saima Ghazanfar trading as TrackMyMaths, a sole trader based in England.

Free Health Check

• The Health Check is free, with no obligation to buy anything. No card details are taken.
• You can change or cancel your booking at any time using the link in your confirmation message.
• The readiness report is guidance on where to focus. It is not an exam grade or a prediction.

Classes and price

• The founding group price is £180 per 4 weeks for 8 live classes (Monday and Wednesday, 8:00–9:30pm UK time, 1.5 hours each — 12 hours), marking, a weekly parent report, portal access and recordings. That works out at £15 per hour. There are no hidden fees.
• Founding families keep this price until the summer 2027 GCSE exams.
• Groups have a maximum of 10 students. Your first trial class is free.
• Payment is every 4 weeks by card through Stripe. Billing for school holidays is confirmed in writing before you sign up.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time with 14 days’ notice.
• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have 14 days from signing up to cancel. If you ask us to start classes within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for the classes already delivered.

What we promise — and what we don’t

We promise to teach every class we sell, mark every piece of homework submitted, and send a weekly report. Nobody can honestly guarantee an exam grade, so we don’t. Grade ranges we show are estimates from practice papers.

Exam boards

We are an independent tutoring service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson Edexcel, AQA or OCR. We name exam boards only to describe what we teach.
